Knitting 101 Series
Saturday mornings, 10:00 - 11:30 $50
This series of 3 classes is designed for people who have NO knitting experience whatsoever. We teach you all the basics and more. The cost of the series includes needles, yarn. We will cover casting on, knitting, purling, binding off, and reading a pattern--everything you need to know to begin your first project.

Knitting Revisited
Third Sunday morning of every month 10:00 - 11:00 $15
Did you knit in a former life? Did you take a 4H class when you were a kid? Do you just need a little helpful reminder to get back up on the needles? Maybe you need Knitting Revisited. Please bring #7 or #8 needles and worsted weight smooth solid-colored yarn. If you do not have supplies, you may purchase them at the time of your class.

Knitting 201 - Making a Sweater
3 sessions - $60 (includes pattern & yarn)
In this course we will make a baby sweater using different stitch combinations. We will cover gauging, increases, decreases, reading the fabric, and reading a pattern. The sweater will be worked with a solid-color of Encore Chunky weight yarn, a machine-washable and dryable yarn great for babies. We will make buttonholes and a neck edging. Finally we will sew together the pieces to create a beautiful baby sweater. You will only need to choose the buttons and decide who the lucky baby recipient will be! If you have no baby to wear the sweater, consider donating it to one of the many charities available. Class includes pattern and 2 balls of Encore Chunky yarn (to be picked out at the start of Class One). Participants will need to purchase needles (size to be determined in Class One) and buttons.

We will cover 4 basic stitches, working flat and in the round, and how to read a pattern--everything you need to know to begin your first project.
Crochet Revisited
4th Sunday morning of every month,10:00-11:00 - $15
Did you crochet at one time? Did your grandmother teach you how to crochet when you were a kid? Do you just need a little helpful reminder to pick up the hook? Maybe you need Crochet Revisited. Please bring a G, or H, and worsted weight smooth solid-colored yarn. If you do not have supplies, you may purchase them at the time of your class.
